Yes, things have been quiet! I've not given up, just
progressing at a snail's pace!
This is just a quick post to inform you there should be some
regular content on the horizon! A writer I follow on social media, Morgen
Bailey, has launched her own 'Micro
Fiction' competition that runs monthly with a designated theme which is free to
enter! I intend to use it as a writing exercise, therefore I'll be posting my
pieces on a monthly basis after the results of the competition are announced!
It's a hard format
to crack, but this time I was fortunate enough to win a place in the 'Highly
Commended' list! The theme for this month was 'White', and you can read my

As this was the inaugural month of the competition I won
a free place on one of her online writing courses! The word limit is 100 words
each month, so if you fancy a go I've put the link below! You can also read the
winning entries!
I'll only update you via blog post if any of my pieces make
a placing!
